Participants have the option for Early Registration (see Important Dates). 

Please note that:

• Registration fees should be paid only by bank credit card or wire transfer.
  As of June 30, Payments can be accommodated only onsite.
• Received registrations fees cannot be refunded, but replacement of speaker(s) is allowed.
• One registration allows only one submission (abstract, paper) and one presentation (Oral or Poster).
• All late registration payments by wire transfer should be completed by June 21, 2023.
• On-Site registration by credit card only.
• Authors: Registration before June 2 is required for the inclusion of papers in the proceedings and in the technical program.
• ECCOMAS members benefit from 5% reduction on regular (reduced/full) registration fees; proof of their membership should be sent by email to the conference secretariat.

Full Registration includes: Access to all Conference sessions – Workshop full kit (Book of Abstracts, Conference Proceedings USB,  pen, notepad) – Vouchers for coffee breaks and lunches – Dedicated bus transportation to/from Workshop venue from/to hotel clusters – Social activities (Mon. to Thu.) including Conference Dinner and tour to Ancient Olympia.

Student Registration includes: Access to all Conference sessions – Workshop full kit (Book of Abstracts, Conference Proceedings USB,  pen, notepad) – Vouchers for coffee breaks and lunches – Dedicated bus transportation to/from Workshop venue from/to hotel clusters – Social activities (Mon. to Thu.) including Conference Dinner and tour to Ancient Olympia.

Companion Registration includes: Admission to social activities (Conference Dinner • Tour to Ancient Olympia • Visit to Archeological Museum of Patras).
